The Process

Step One

Get in touch with me, preferably by phone, to discuss what your album needs are 

Step Two:

Fill out either the wedding/engagement form, the bar/bat mitzvah form, OR the baby/maternity form

All forms are  located under the forms tab above

Step Three:

Email me your photos (all of them, even if you choose your own photos) to customalbumdesignbyshira@gmail.comIf the photos have your photographer’s watermark on them, please contact him/her to send you the photos without it. They must be high resolution photos in order to ensure quality printing (300 DPI). If your photographer has sent your photos through a gallery, please make sure to have your log in and password available. Unfortunately, Custom Album Design does not accept photos via google photos or google drive. If you have your photos in this format, please download them onto a USB and mail them, or download them and send them through another method. Any USB that is mailed should be copied first and retained for your own use. 

Step Four:

Begin the design process by submitting your $300 non-refundable deposit which will be applied towards your final album. Please inquire how to submit the deposit. A form will be sent to you outlining all of the album options available to you. Once that is submitted, your album creation begins! 

 

Step Five:

Wait for your proof. Once received, you will have the opportunity to make some modifications and photo swaps, as well as discuss different cover options. In order to ensure the ultimate experience, please get back to Shira within the week with all album changes. 

Please note that a photo album designer can enhance your photos, but cannot fully compensate for poor photography. If I am uncomfortable with the quality of the photos, I will be happy to make some recommendations that will suit you better.
