step 1
Get in touch with me, preferably by phone, to discuss what your album needs are 845.367.1091. WhatsApp works well for me too!
Step 2
Fill out either the wedding/engagement form, the bar/bat mitzvah form, the baby/maternity form or the photo shoot form. All forms are located under the forms tab above.
Step 3
Email me your photos (all of them, even if you choose your own photos) to customalbumdesignbyshira@gmail.com without the photographer’s watermark. They must be high resolution photos in order to ensure quality printing (preferably 300 DPI). If your photographer has sent your photos through a gallery, please make sure to have your log in and password available. Any USB that is mailed should be copied first and retained for your own use.
step 4
Wait for your proof. Once received, you will have the opportunity to make some modifications and photo swaps, as well as discuss different cover options. In order to ensure the ultimate experience, please get back to Shira within the week with all album changes.
step 5
Begin the design process by submitting your non-refundable deposit which will be applied towards your final album. The amount is either 50% of your album purchase or no less than a minimum deposit of $500. Please inquire how to submit the deposit. A form will be sent to you outlining all of the album options available to you. Once that is submitted, your album creation begins!
step 6
Sign the contract that is emailed to you,and return to Shira by emailing customalbumdesignbyshira@gmail.com
Please note that a photo album designer can enhance your photos, but cannot fully compensate for poor photography. If I am uncomfortable with the quality of the photos, I will be happy to make some recommendations that will suit you better.
